Hope you don't mind my asking a few questions. There is a lot of info on natural progesterone to assimilate. I can see how it would be an obvious choice when menopausal due to its many plusses, butwhat about a woman in my case, I am still in my 30’s?

I have a few, but not many, of the oestrogen dominance symptoms: hair thinning, PMS, skin problems, fatigue (sometimes, but this comes and goes and might just be due to the five-year old who dominates my life :)) and foggy thinking (since having Noah), which I also thought was just 'natural'. But none of the other symptoms.
