to be delivered and allow 3 days for Speed

Please provide the date of the order and
the promoter I.D. number

| ORDER PROCEEDURES: |
a)
Please date the
order form to prevent duplications
|

b) Please
print clearly
in black the address, including postal code,
of the Naturone recipient. (faxes are difficult
to read)

c) Please
send, by Email/fax, your order
plus the deposit slip,
as the order cannot be processed without the
deposit slip.

d) Please
put your I/D
on the deposit slip.
|
|
e) If
filling in the Credit
Card form, please make sure that it
is VISA or Master Card or other acceptable
CREDIT card. The full
number on your card must be given PLUS
the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card,
AND the expiry date.

f) If paying
by electronic transfer,
please provide proof, i.e. printout of the
transaction, giving bank and amount of transfer
Please communicate this information to your
customers. If the correct procedure is not
followed, then delays are inevitable, as
product cannot leave this office unless
full remuneration is received.
