In our quest for health,  it is imperative that we address both sides of the coin.   Not only should we do the right things to improve our balance and immune systems, but we must address a very important facet of our daily lives and that is we must avoid  the toxins

The right things to do, of course are:- watching our diets, avoiding junk food and taking wholefood nutritional supplements as well as keeping our hormones in balance with Naturone,.

The toxins I refer to are ‘man-made’ chemicals.  They are now in our food,  and in most products in the home.  The most important to avoid are the petro-chemicals as it is these that disrupt hormonal balance.  We need to become aware and throw these out of our lives. They are in most skin care products (any mineral oil based cream/ aqueous cream), personal care (shampoos and soaps) and household products (household cleaning products, insect sprays, glues and paints etc.)

With this avoidance in mind, I am introducing, and will continue to introduce, products that are safe for us to use on our skins and in our homes.  I also introduce nutrition and hormonal products I recommend for restoring balance in the body and enhancing the immune system.
