A Health Promoting Diet

The most important things to consider when changing to a health promoting diet is …
Firstly, to cut out junk food completely and that includes all refined products such as bread, anything man-made and in a packet or tin. (the only bread allowed is essene bread or once or twice a week 100% rye)
No sugar (sucrose or refined fructose or argave at all). If You need a sweetener, only xylatol or unrefined honey.
No tinned food (tins have a xeno-oestrogenic plastic lining)
No processed or refined products
No processed or heated oils … only virgin pressed
No junk milk … which is most you can buy, except woolies organic milk
No gm foods whatsoever !
The second thing is to eat organic as far as possible as this will not only give you almost double the nutrients , but most importantly no toxins. The Other thing recently published is that organic foods contain salvestrol (an enzyme that is part of the plant’s immune system to ward off bacteria and fungal invasions). Inorganic foods have very little of this because they are coated with synthetic pesticides. Salvestrol Is a cancer-cell killer.
The third , is to eat freshly picked herbs etc, straight from your garden as this gives you bio-photons which are lost within 4 hours of picking., so all bought foods are devoid in these.
Fourthly, to include these cancer fighting foods everyday in one or more meals…..
Lemons in everything, drinks, sauces, dressings etc etc. every hour of the day
Tumeric heated in coconut oil with adde3d black petter, and used in everything youn eat.
Cinnamon
Asparagus
Cruciferous vegetables (especially broccoli), but cabbage and kale are good too
Colours .. red, orange and yellow foods in every meal .. peppers, butternut, tomatoes,
Avocados
Shitake mushrooms
Snack on gogi berries and almonds
Supplement with grape seeds, apricot kernels, olive leaf extract.
Take supplement pills or capsules of sutherlandia, melatonin (at night) and rub 1/3ml natural progesterone cream onto skin every day am and pm. (see link to website blow my signature)
Supplement with vits and mineral ….
A vogels alkalizing powder … this helps to get the ph of the cells up into the alkaline range
A good general anti-oxidant
Astazanthan
4 gm vit c (a natural one)
Omega 3
Fifthly .. avoid refined oils and never touch margarine again …. these are trans fatty acids, (free radicals) that cause the aging process. Use Only virgin pressed oils, (cook only in olive or coconut oil) and organic butter.
For breakfast
.…. make a smoothie with fresh garden greens, and an apple, lemon and honey (or dates) for sweetener.
.Add Any super foods to this, like coconut oil, cinnamon, cocao powder, gogi berries seeds(pumpkin, sesems and sunflower and sprouts.
Alternate with millet porridge as this is the only alkaline grain. Add Coconut oil, tumeric, cinnamon and ginger … it tastes great, and sprinkle on top seeds and crushed nuts and gogi berries.
Lunch and supper.
Eat alkalizing foods … organic veggies. Salads, stir fries, vegetable bakes, veg curries and soups. Use lots of garden herbs to give exciting tastes. Make salad dressings from lemon juice, garlic, olive oil. Cucumbers Are the most alkaline veg.
quinoa is the only grain to use as a “rice”.
Soups made out of fresh vegetables, seasoned with herbs.
You can use himalayan salt and black pepper and organic tamari.
Find an organic raw milk farm near you, and get onto organic milk, butter/ghee and cheese. Remember this used to be a staple diet to our european ancesters.
You may initially find this way of eating radically different, but radical changes are needed right now, and once you get used to this way of eating, you won’t go back to your old habits, because you will feel so good.
